Changing Diet

It seems like there is some new food that is found to be bad for us faster than we can keep up. There are also regular discoveries of foods that are "super good" and should be consumed daily. These are often foods that we wouldn't consider eating when we were young. Some of them we may not have even heard of. 

Prolonging life and well being may be a combination of restraint (not eating the bad for us foods) and embrace (eating piles of kale, chard, beets, exotic mushrooms and just about anything raw). To compound things, some foods that were thought to be bad are later found to be good and some foods that were thought to be good can mess with us if we get carried away and eat to much of them. 

One of the only things that remains constant is that it all keeps changing. Lou has some thoughts this week in "Changing Diet".
