Forgetting Names
You see them approach, feel glad to see them them... opps! That sinking feeling hits you as they call you by name and you have entirely forgotten theirs. There should be a word for this, one word that means forgetting a name. It's a common thing and causes enough consternation that our culture may be ready to name it.
